Development plan Jenfeld 7 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Law on the Development Plan Jenfeld 7 of 14 February 1969 (HmbGVBl. P. 14), last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 501), is amended as follows:
1.The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Building Plan Jenfeld 7” is added to the Act.
2.§ 2, point 3 is replaced by the following:
3. In commercial areas, retail establishments with the exception of mail-order establishments are prohibited. By way of exception, retail is permitted in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing industries.The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’ P. 14), last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl.P. 494, 495, 501), is amended as follows:
