The development plan Lokstedt 14 for the area north of the Hagendeel metro stop to the bypass railway (Eimsbüttel district, district 317) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Freight bypass — Wehmerweg — Behind the Lieth — Liethwisch — Hagendeel.
