Development plan Langenhorn 51 2nd amendment Hamburg

Description

The Langenhorn 51 Development Plan Act of 25 June 1976 (Hamburg Law and Regulation Gazette, page 166), as last amended on 4 November 1997 (Hamburg Law and Regulation Gazette, pages 494, 495, 504), is amended as follows: 1. The annexed "Annex to the Act on the Second Amendment to the Act on the Langenhorn 51 Development Plan" is added to the Act. 2. In § 2, the following points 5 to 10 are added: "5. The area designated by "D" is designated as an industrial area. 6. In the industrial areas, retail establishments are prohibited, insofar as they do not trade in motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and other space-consuming articles including accessories or with building materials, tools, electronic components, gardening equipment and other construction and gardening supplies, exhibit or store these articles. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I page 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I pages 466,479), is applicable. 7. Shops may exceptionally be permitted on the area marked "D". 8. On the areas marked "A" and "B", air-polluting and odour-contaminating establishments are not permitted. 9. On the area marked "B", the maximum number of full storeys is set at III. 10. For the development of the area designated by "D" further local traffic areas are required. Their exact location depends on the intended development. They shall be manufactured in accordance with Section 125(2) of the Building Code."
