Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Ortsrand Steinbach” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The planning area is located in the north of Seelbach at the exit of the village in the direction of Reichenbach or Lahr. The majority of the area connects north-west to the L102 or to the existing development of the site.
