Development plan Bramfeld 9 1st change Hamburg
Description
The Ordinance on the development plan Bramfeld 9 of 8 September 1964 (HmbGVBl. P. 192) is amended as follows:
1.The attached Annex to the Ordinance amending the Regulation on the Bramfeld 9 development plan is added to the Regulation.
2.In Section 2, the following point 5 is added:
“5. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I, p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I, p. 466, 479) shall apply to the commercial areas.’
