Development Plan Bramfeld 9 1st Amendment Hamburg

The Ordinance on the Bramfeld 9 development plan of 8 September 1964 (HmbGVBl. p. 192) is amended as follows:
1.The annex to the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Bramfeld Development Plan 9" is added to the Ordinance.
2.In § 2, the following point 5 is added:
"5. The Construction Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), applies to industrial estates.’
