Business Parks Subsidy Schemes
Description
In order to keep business parks economically vital in the future and to take advantage of the opportunities in the field of energy and climate, the province has set up subsidy schemes. The subsidy schemes set up in this context are visualised on this map. The subsidy schemes focus on the following themes:
• restructuring in the form of major revitalisation, reprofiling or transformation, in so far as it contributes to the sustainability of the business park or makes it possible to make the businesses located there more sustainable;
• energy transition;
• circular economy;
• climate adaptation;
• biodiversity;
• zero-emission mobility
The map visualises the following subsidy schemes:
1. Sustainability scans: this has now been included in the subsidy scheme Future-proof business parks Zeeland – planning
2. Future-proof business parks Zeeland (TBZ) – planning: Grants can be awarded for planning for the future-proofing of existing industrial estates that focus on:
• setting up and implementing an area process;
• identifying opportunities and bottlenecks (e.g. sustainability scan);
• examining feasibility;
• elaboration of spatial plans.
3. Future-proof business parks Zeeland (TBZ) – physical measures: Grants may be awarded for the implementation of collective physical measures (including process supervision) to make existing industrial estates more future-proof. These collective physical measures must relate to one or more of the themes identified. These are measures that companies cannot implement individually and that have an impact on a (large) part of the business park and several of the companies located there.
