Development Plan Heimfeld 1 1st Amendment Hamburg

Description

The Ordinance on the Heimfeld 1 development plan of 27 July 1982 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 269) is amended as follows: 1.The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance on the development plan Heimfeld 1" is added to the Ordinance. 2.Section 2 is replaced by the following: "§2 The following provisions shall apply to the execution of the development plan: 1.In the industrial area, retail establishments are prohibited, insofar as they do not trade in vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and other space-consuming articles including accessories or with building materials, tools, garden tools and other construction and gardening supplies, exhibit or store these articles. Amusement arcades and similar companies within the meaning of §33i of the Trade Regulations, which serve the installation of gaming equipment with or without profit opportunities, are excluded. 3.The common rooms shall be assigned to the noise-removed sides of the building by means of appropriate floor plans. In so far as it is not possible to arrange lounges on the sides of the building away from noise, adequate noise protection must be provided for these rooms by means of structural measures on external doors, windows, external walls and roofs of the buildings."
