OGC API Features NW ALKIS Floor Plan Data Simplified Schema
Description
The property register is kept in electronic form in the Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS). This service provides spatial data of the property register in a simplified data exchange scheme via a Web API (Application Programming Interface). The service only provides the following geo-objects limited to the essential properties in the format of a simplified data exchange scheme. The objects are provided plot, hallway point, building/construction, cadastral district, use, utility area, administrative unit. The API is designed for use in corresponding (web development environments). Status of the data used: 01.04.2022.
