Non-parking zones for micromobility rental vehicles
Description
The data set contains the existing parking zones for rented vehicles of the micromobility of Berlin. With the amendment of the Berlin Roads Act, on 1 September 2022, the special license requirement for the operation of rental vehicle fleets in public space was introduced.
Within the scope of this special use and the associated ancillary provisions, providers of micromobility offers (e-scooters, (e-) wheels, cargo bikes and electric scooters) undertake to keep certain areas free, which are in place here. The non-parking zones consist of general green and recreational areas, playgrounds, cemetery areas as well as sensitive places reported by the districts.
