Landscape conservation areas (1:25.000) in Schleswig-Holstein LfU

Description

Area delimitations of the existing landscape conservation areas (LSG) pursuant to Section 26 of the Federal Nature Conservation Act of 29 July 2009 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 2542) (last amended 6 October 2011 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 1986) in conjunction with Section 15 of the Regional Nature Conservation Act of 24 October 2011). Februrar 2010 [GVOBl. Schl.-H. p. 301] (last amended 13 July 2011 [GVOBl. Schl.-H. p. 225]). The responsibility for the designation of landscape conservation areas lies with the districts as lower nature conservation authorities. The completeness of the data cannot be guaranteed in this respect (depending on delivery by the circles). Only LSG areas that are outside nature reserves (NSG) are shown here. The digital demarcations were created by transferring the corresponding ordinance maps of the districts. For detailed questions, the original maps of the respective ordinance (are available from the districts/lower nature conservation authorities as well as from the Land/Supreme Nature Conservation Authority) Area-specific enquiries please apply to the responsible district. The "territory number" (as item number per district) follows the following principles: 1) Order follows from the date of the initial regulation. 2) If several parts of the landscape separated by a spatial or unique designation are protected in an ordinance or if their independent management is explicitly mentioned in the official / official list of the district, each part of the landscape receives its own number (and name). 3) If an LSG is removed, the corresponding polygons and records are deleted. This can lead to jumps/gaps in the continuous numbering. 4) If a sub-area within an already protected area is designated as an LSG, it receives a new number (and name). In the dataset, the year field is used as a reference to the continuous or previous protection - the indication of the previous LSG is adopted by message. Within the Land Office, identical numbers are used in the GIS, in the protected area register (SGK) and in the file plan. The reference number for LSG is: 5322.1-,hereafter the district code as well as the item no. (completed for OD, OH, PI - otherwise only agreement of GIS and SGK) There may be different numberings between the lists of the districts and the state office.
