Description

This is a single-service framework agreement concluded in the form of an order form contract, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of orders, without reopening competition when order forms are awarded. As part of its needs for mobile phones (subscriptions), the City of Brignoles has decided to launch a consultation for its mobile telephony services. The main objectives of this consultation are: a guarantee of a quality service based on sustainable and secure technical solutions; overall control of telecommunications expenditure and control of the corresponding invoicing; economic gains compared to the current situation; have subscriber profiles adapted to specific configurations. Provision of subscriptions: - 120 phone subscriptions, including 103 with Smartphone option (unlimited Internet) The tender must mention various types of subscription: - Subscriptions whose consumption is invoiced according to their use (duration of call, SMS, ...) - Smartphone subscriptions allowing unlimited calls made in the European Union, unlimited SMS/MMS, 1 GB mini mail and internet package, 4G access, 5G access... - Smartphone subscription allowing unlimited calls made in the European Union, unlimited SMS/MMS, mini 10GB mail and internet package, 4G access, 5G access... unlimited visual voice mail. The contract is concluded for a first period of 12 months. It may be renewed once by express renewal for the same period of 12 months. The total duration of the contract shall be 24 months. Maximum order amount for the first 12-month period: €10 000 excluding tax, i.e. €20 000 excluding tax over 24 months. The current contract ends on 07 January 2025. For information, the average annual expenditure for the last two years is approximately EUR 14 000 excluding VAT. It is specified that in the context of this contract, the Municipality of Brignoles also acts on behalf of another buyer: The Centre Communal d’Action Sociale (C.C.A.S). The amounts and quantities of the file also include the needs of the file.
