ATKIS® Basic DLM — Web Map Service
Description
In the ATKIS Basic Landscape Model (Base DLM), the Earth’s surface is modelled and mapped according to topographical points of view. The comprehensive timeliness of the data is ensured by regular systematic follow-up. State-of-the-art changes, especially in road traffic, will be incorporated into the ATKIS Basic DLM within three months. The layers in the WMS are classified according to the object ranges of the old ATKIS model. The attributes of the object types that can be taken from the GetFeatureInfo are described in the ATKIS object types catalog version 6.0, see http://www.geodatenzentrum.de/docpdf/ATKIS-OK%20Basis-DLM%206_0.pdf. The retrievable map section per WMS request is limited to a maximum of 4,000x4,000 pixels.
