Contains data on the authorisations granted for the sale of medicinal products by doctors and dentists in the region of Silistra. The public part of the register provides information about the No and the date of the issued authorisation, details of the number, lot, volume and page under which the medical institution is entered in the register of the RHI, address of the medical institution for out-patient care (address of activity), in case of termination of the authorisation — date of termination of the authorisation and the reason for this, in case of change of circumstances — remarks on the recorded circumstances.
