Candhis measurement stations the national coastal observatory for in situ measurement of sea states
Description
Cerema is the manager of the national coastal observatory for measuring sea states, the Candhis Observatory. The observatory includes a network of around 40 real-time measurement buoys, plus 500 years of archived data and an information system. Its main objective is to promote the measurement of sea states in the near coastal area and to ensure the dissemination of data to the scientific community, marine professionals and the general public.
