MAPA 40-2024 - Framework agreement with purchase orders for maintenance and cleaning of rainwater networks over 4 years.
Description
This is a framework agreement based on order forms concluded with a single economic operator with no minimum annual order amount and with an annual maximum of €25,000 excluding VAT.
It is renewable three times by express renewal and for a period of 12 months.
The total duration of the contract is 48 months.
The maximum amount of orders over 4 years is set at € 100,000 excluding VAT.
The operation consists of stripping and hydrodynamic cleaning of the pipeline on the section concerned to remove any deposits such as sand, sludge, grease, earth, rubble, limestone or concrete as well as careful cleaning of the inspection eyes and connections on the section under the public domain.
All curing products must be evacuated to the appropriate treatment centre. No deposit, even temporary, will be allowed on public roads.
The pipes concerned are 150 to 800 mm in diameter, PVC, concrete, fibre cement, sandstone and cast iron in nature.
