Supply of printed documents for the Media Library in 4 lots over 4 years
Description
The purpose of this consultation is to purchase printed documents for the Jacques Cestor Municipal Media Library. These are framework agreements with order forms for supplies and services awarded on a one-off basis with a maximum annual order amount (without minimum), without reopening competition when the order forms are awarded and concluded under the provisions of the second paragraph of Article R 2162-2, Article R 2162-4 to Article R 2162-6 and Article R 2162-13 to Article R 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
Contracts are awarded for a period of 12 months, renewable three times for the same period by express renewal. The maximum overall duration is 48 months.
The supplies are divided into four lots awarded by separate contracts, according to the following breakdown:
Lot 1: Printed Fiction Materials Adult Section
Maximum annual order amount:10 000 € H.T.
Lot 2: Adult Documentary Printed Documents
Maximum annual order amount:7 000 € excl. tax
Lot 3: Printed materials for youth
Maximum annual order amount:10 000 € H.T.
Lot 4: Comics for adults, teenagers and youth
Maximum annual order amount:6 000 € excl. tax
Maximum annual total order for all lots: 33 000 € H.T.
