Display service that complies with the INSPIRE Directive for land use information (Planned Land Use). The area is Sweden.
The data product contains information about detailed plans in Sweden. The main purpose of
a detailed plan is to regulate the use of land and water areas and settlements.
‘District plan’ means the plan described in Chapter 4, Section 2 of the Planning and Building Act (2010:900)
(PBL). The data product may also contain the plans that have been drawn up with the support of the previous
legislation, which, according to the PBL’s transitional provisions, applies as a detailed plan. These are
building plan, city plan and partition plan.
The municipality may choose to make information available at any time in the detailed planning process.
The data product may therefore contain information that has not yet become final. Detailed plans
started before 2022-01-01 do not need to be made available digitally and can therefore be missing in
the data product.
Detailed planning information has been produced at the municipal level for a long time. Over the years
races have changed the laws and recommendations that the municipalities had to deal with.
Different municipalities also work with the detailed planning process in different ways. This means that
the presentation of detailed plan information is different.
