Description
The local manufactures system was created with the aim of supporting third-party places dedicated to production.
Concretely, they are small local production units that animate and provide services to a professional community and are able to recreate activity locally, while preserving know-how in the territories. Because they aim to contribute to the relocation of craft and entrepreneurial activities, the deployment of training and the transmission of know-how, they also aim to revitalise regions.

**_Open data file_**
_If you are using the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, a special operation is required to open
the data file :_
_1. Create a new Excel workbook_
_2. Click on the **Data** tab located in the ribbon and then on **From text**_
_3. Choose the location of the csv file and click **Import**_
_4. In the window that opens, choose the **Delimited** option and in File origin, choose **65001: Unicode UTF8**. Click on **Next**_
_5. Select only the **Virgule** Separator. Click on **Next**_
_6. Choose the right column data format by referring to the dataset documentation. Click **Finish**._
