Digital Window Winners of the Transformation of Public Action Fund (FTAP)

Description

Since 2023, the FTAP has stepped up its support for the digital transformation of the state by funding six thematic windows led by DINUM. These windows set out the priorities identified in the context of the Interministerial Committees on Public Transformation (CITP): • Support the exploitation, exploitation and circulation of data; • Support projects promoting eco-responsible digital technology; • Stimulate the adoption of the Trusted Cloud by administrations and operators; • Improve the design and accessibility of public digital products and services; • Deploy the ‘Digital Campus’ offer dedicated to increasing the digital competence of public officials; • Operate in confidence and quality of interdepartmental digital products in order to unite all agents and professionals in the public sphere around interconnected services. Digital transformation has been a key lever of action for FTAP winners since its inception. In this context, the DINUM counters demonstrate the value of a complementary approach to the national counter on this subject: • By their ability to finance structuring digital products, but also smaller, fast-earning products that would otherwise be ineligible for the national window; • Through a pro-active approach and support capacity, in particular through the AllIAnce incubator, to bring out the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies within administrations. Projects are subject to a ‘run-of-the-river’ instruction and are examined in the framework of evaluation committees specific to each window. The jury studies the compatibility of the project with the specifications of the FTAP, in particular the notion of return on investment, as well as its relevance and coherence with the thematic issues of the window. The coordination provided by DINUM also ensures consistency between the counters if projects cover several topics, e.g. data circulation and accessibility within the same digital service. This dataset lists the successful candidates as of 23 October 2024 (financing agreements signed).
