Description
A nodal point is defined as a key point for water management defined in general downstream of the hydrographic reference units for the Water Management and Development Schemes (SAGEs) and/or within these units, the contours of which can be determined by the Water Management and Development Master Plans (SDAGEs).
At these points can be defined according to the general objectives chosen for the unit, the flow and quality benchmarks. Their location is based on criteria of hydrographic, ecosystemic, hydrogeological and socio-economic coherence.
