67. Follow-up of the process of completion of denationalisation — state of play on 30. 6. 2019

Description

The Ministry of Justice, in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Decisions of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia of 24. 10. 2002 and 23. 1. Since September 2002, it has been monitoring the realisation of the planned completion of the denationalisation process every three months. According to the agreed plan, administrative units should complete denationalisation procedures by 31 December. 3. 2005, however, the 10th monitoring exercise did not confirm this. We also collect data on the 30th day. 6. 2019 — which already represents the sixty-seventh monitoring of the implementation of the schedule — has not confirmed this.
