Fire points of the department of Seine-Maritime

List of Fire Water Points (PEI) of the department of Seine-Maritime. **Data is updated daily.** This database covers all known IEPs in the Seine-Maritime department. The completeness of the data is not guaranteed, especially for private IEPs not participating in the External Defense Against Fire (DECI). Available formats: Geopackage. - CSV All geographic data are in Lambert 93 projection (EPSG:2154). Files are encoded in UTF-8. The fields published are as follows: - id_interne_pei: SDIS76 internal unique number - label: label associated with a PEI, it is composed of the field reference as well as letters if necessary (P if private, MPR if requiring the installation of a towed motor pump) - ref_terr: EIP reference in the field. This is a unique number within the municipality. - State-owned: specifies whether the IAP is public, private or private contracted (and therefore usable for DECI). - municipality: name of the municipality to which the EIP is attached. This is the name as defined in the [Official Geographical Code (COG) of INSEE] (https://www.insee.fr/en/information/2560452). - code_insee: Insee code of the municipality - Neighborhood: name of the former municipality where the EIP is located. This information may be useful in the case of associated or delegated municipalities (example: Terres-de-Caux, Petit-Caux, Val-de-Scie, etc.) - address: location of the EIP - prec_address: additional location of the EIP - precis_don: accuracy, in metres, of the position given for the IAP - type_rn: type of the EIP according to the National Regulations on External Defence against Fire ([available here] (https://www.interieur.gouv.fr/Le-ministere/Securite-civile/Documentation-technique/La-defense-exterieure-contre-l-l-incendie)). The types available are: PI: Fire pole, BI: Pressurised water intake, in particular fire hydrant, PA: Furnished suction point (drainage point, etc.), IC: Aerial or buried cistern. IEPs of unknown nature have as their type --. - type_rd: type of the PEI according to the Departmental Regulation of External Defense Against the fire of the Seine-Maritime. - available: Boolean (true/false) indicating whether the IAP is available or not. - date_disp_chgt: date of last change in availability. - date_extraction_donations: date of extraction of the data made available - x_l93: Coordinated X (CSV only) - y_l93: Coordinated Y (CSV only)
