Reinforced Action Zones (ZAR) of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté
Description
Delimitation of the perimeters related to the catchments selected under the Reinforced Action Zones (ZAR) on the Burgundy-Franche-Comté region under the 7th regional nitrates action programme (Perimeter of application of the ZAR measures). Reinforced Action Areas (RAAs) defined in Article 3-I of the Regional Action Programme (RAP) to strengthen RAP measures on abstractions of water intended for human consumption for which the nitrate content is between 40 and 50 milligrams per litre or more than 50 milligrams per litre (with a different approach for the determination of these two types of abstractions). The perimeters chosen for the delimitation of these zones are those laid down in Article R 211-81-1-1 of the Environmental Code.
