Deliberations of the Departmental Council of the Alpes de Haute-Provence

Description

This dataset presents the list of decisions of the Departmental Council of the Alpes de Haute Provence, taken by deliberations at Departmental Assemblies and Standing Committees, since March 25, 2022. The list is updated with each new session. Its formatting for publication is done manually from an extraction of the dedicated management software, in order to respect the model proposed by the Common Core of Local Data. The following tables are empty because they are not exported when the file is extracted: DELIB\\_MATIERE\\_CODE; BUDGET\\_YEAR; BUDGET\\_NAME; PREF\\_ID; PREF\\_DATE; VOTE\\_EFFECTIVE; VOTE\\_REEL; VOTE\\_FOR; VOTE\\_CONTRACT; VOTE\\_ABSTENTION. (NB: they are greyed out in the spreadsheet in .xls format) A "Type of session" column (TYP\\_SEANCE) has been added: Staff Committee = Standing Committee; AD = Departmental Assembly. Attention, the DELIB\\_ID column contains an internal coding, which assigns a number per session to each deliberation (it is therefore not unique in absolute terms, only by date).
