Grants over €23,000 awarded by the Alpes de Haute-Provence Department
Description
Data on **grant agreements awarded by the Alpes de Haute-Provence Department** (CD 04), since 2016. A grant agreement is concluded when the amount of the grant exceeds €23,000. However, this dataset contains agreements below this threshold in the following cases: * Agreements relating to several services, which, taken together for the same beneficiary, amount to €23,000. * Conventions relating to culture, intended for live performance (obligation of convention from 1 €). * In-kind arrangements (premises, staff). This publication is made pursuant to Article 18 of Law No 2016-1321 of 7 October 2016 on a Digital Republic, and in accordance with Decree No 2017-779 of 5 May 2017 on access in electronic form to grant agreement data, as from 1 August 2017. The presentation of these essential data is standardized according to the national "Common Local Data Base" (SCDL, Open Data France). The downloadable files in CSV are updated every 3 months, in accordance with the legal obligation and contain all **data since 2016**. Each new quarterly update file replaces the old one. For all additions made since April 2022, an explanation is provided (XLS file) when information is missing or the balance has not yet been settled.
