Register of Pre-emption Areas established under NSEs

Description

As part of the "sensitive natural areas" policy, the Alpes de Haute Provence department has established pre-emption zones on different sites, allowing it to ensure land monitoring on the sectors concerned. The register of pre-emption zones is presented by site, by municipality. Any Declaration of Intention to Dispose (DIA) located in a pre-emption zone must be addressed to the Department in order to allow in case of non-pre-emption of the Department and its delegates, the sale of the property. The proposed list contains the following data: \- place-name/toponym \- name of the municipality \- insee code of the municipality \- section \- parcel \- date of deliberation \- site code / ENS identifier (same identifier as in the list of ENS also published in open data) (NB: Upcoming update because the columns NAME_PREEMP and ID_ENS are incomplete)
