Description
The National Housing Agency (Anah) implements the national policy to improve the existing private housing stock. It grants financial aid to owner-occupiers and landlords and to syndicates of co-owners for carrying out heavy work or improving their habitat under certain conditions.
A significant proportion of Anah’s grants are granted through operational arrangements implemented by local authorities.
Programmed operations for the improvement of housing (OPAH), programmes of general interest (PIG), including the accompanying components of a territorial pact, or plans to safeguard co-ownerships in difficulty are operational tools, which reflect local housing policy decisions taken to improve the living conditions of smaller households. The issue therefore concerns the quality of the implementation processes of an operation programmed to achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the contracting authorities. In order to adapt them to national requirements and local challenges, the Anah arrangements are therefore intended to evolve to make them more relevant and continuously improve their effectiveness.
This dataset lists the municipalities covered by a programmed operation, specifying for each the programme that is present on the territory. The scheduled operations taken into account are those that were alive at the time of the update. Note that it is possible to cross-check this dataset with that of the list of scheduled operations to have more information about each program.
