Data on the online gaming market (sports betting, horse racing and poker) from 2010 to 2023
Description
The online gaming market opened up to competition in 2010. Operators approved by the Arjel and then by the ANJ (National Gaming Authority), since its creation in 2020, can offer online gaming offers for sports betting, horse-race betting and poker. The list of approved operators is available on the ANJ website. Authorised operators shall regularly communicate to the ANJ data on the online gaming market such as: the number of active player accounts, bets, the goal product of the games (turnover), the distribution of sports bets, etc.
