Description
These are the health and paramedical professionals listed in the bases of the Ministry of Health.
The medical specialties proposed are the largest in the number of liberals and where at least half of the practitioners practice in a liberal form.
Some paramedical professions are mainly carried out by salaried professionals. The number of liberal professionals is therefore relatively small (example: psychomotor therapists, occupational therapists, etc.).
A healthcare professional may be registered at more than one exercise address. In the BPE, only those where the activity is carried out in a liberal capacity are taken into account.
For example, medical officers and salaried physicians practising in health establishments are excluded, since these establishments (or services) are accessible in another category of the BPE.
