compensation for environmental damage pursuant to Article 18 thereof
The purpose of this report is to meet the requirements of Annex VI to Directive 2004/35/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 April 2004 on environmental liability with regard to the prevention and remedying of environmental damage and the recommendations set out by the Commission in the Non-binding guidance for MS reports under Article 18 (1) in conjunction with Annex VI ELD of 12 July 2012.
