Description
Festivals are events that meet the following criteria:
- to have taken place in 2019
- have had at least two editions in 2019
- take place over more than one day
- have at least 5 shows, performances, concerts or screenings
The choice was made to choose the year 2019 which becomes, in the cultural field, the ante-pandemic benchmark year.
