**Description** Cartefibre.arcep.fr is Arcep's mapping tool, which aims to improve information for the general public and professionals on fibre-optic network deployments to the subscriber. Established at both the municipal and technical (generally sub-municipal) grids, it is part of the high-speed and very high-speed fixed broadband observatory set up by the Authority. The monitoring of deployments on the fixed broadband and superfast broadband market is the result of the quarterly "Wholesale HD/THD Observatory" collection under Decision 2012-1503. AAAATT-Commune: municipal map file including the volume of FTTH connectable premises, the infrastructure operators present and the area of deployment. AAAATT-Building: text file listing all the buildings identified by the infrastructure operators. AAAATT-ZAPM:map file delimiting the contours of the rear areas of the PM.
