Limitation of weight (data type 309) in the Road Register

Description

The data covers the road network maintained by the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency. The vulnerability of the road to the archipelago is invented as office work based on celiac statistics, road condition observations and local expertise. The susceptibility is defined by connecting band and recorded in the road register so that the starting and end points of the road section, which is a uniform class, always use the interface address (or the road end point). Road sections with no weight limitation threat (Category A, code = 1) are not entered in the road register.
