Addendum No 1 to contract No 2023/11-04 – Maintenance and cleaning services for various municipal buildings – Lot 4: outdoor areas of Halle Bretten

Description

The contracting authority conducted a past consultation in accordance with the open tender procedure pursuant to Articles L2124-2 and R2124-2 1°, L2125-1 and R2162-1 to R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, for the maintenance and cleaning services of various municipal buildings. The procedure is allotted as follows: Lot 1: House of Fraternity Lot 2: Retirement home for the elderly Lot 3: Associative halls and cultural premises Lot 4: Outdoor areas of the Bretten hall The contract for Lot 4 was awarded to ARGONET and notified on 28 June 2023 for entry into force on 1 July 2023. The services shall be remunerated, in accordance with Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14, by applying the unit prices set out in the annex to the act of commitment and shall be triggered by the issue of order forms within the following thresholds: - No minimum annual amount - maximum annual amount: €30 000 excl. tax The contract shall be concluded for a renewable year three times under the conditions laid down in the CASC. The subject of the contract is the maintenance and cleaning of the outdoor areas of the hall at Bretten Square, which has two levels of parking at the top of the building. Water infiltration into the hall has been observed, forcing the buyer to change the service requested under the contract by extending the scope of intervention, in particular to the shoulders. Indeed, it has become necessary to integrate the following services into the current market: - cleaning of the Bretten hall car park, including the evacuation of stagnant water, cleaning of drains and manholes, cleaning of sidewalks on the stairways and lifts in the high-pressure cleaner; - cleaning of the two access ramps. The buyer shall implement the review clause provided for in Article 15 of the Code by inserting two new lines into the Unit Price Schedule by means of this addendum to allow for the performance of additional one-off cleaning services not provided for at the time of conclusion of the contract.
