Description

The object of the contract is to create a connecting road that connects the Bonaval Road and the road that runs alongside the group of dwellings built by the Nexity Group. The development of the works is located in an urbanised area. As a result, they will be carried out in phases to maintain access to residents and schools. The economic operator will also take all the necessary measures to maintain water, electricity and telecom supplies throughout the duration of the construction site. The consistency of the work is described in the Specific Technical Specifications (C.C.T.P.) and in the Breakdown of the Global and Fixed Price (D.P.G.F.). The work consists of a single lot, composed of several items. Work is expected to start in July 2024 for a maximum of 4 months including the preparation period
