Description
**Definition**:
The cadastral plan is an assembly of 1462 sheets or plates each representing a section or part of a cadastral section.
Each municipality is subdivided into sections, themselves subdivided into sheets (or planks). A cadastral sheet has parcels, which can support buildings, as well as many other objects of dressing or management.

municipality: Insee code of the municipality to which they belong
prefix: Section prefix
Section: Section code
number: Serial number of section subdivision
quality: Quality of the plan (Possible values | 01: Regular plan drawn up before 20/03/1980 | 02: Non-regular plan | 03: Quality plan P3 or CP [10 cm] | 04: Quality plan P4 or CP [20 cm] | 05: Quality plan P5 or CP [40 cm])
Confec mode: Method of making (Possible values | 01: old plan | 02: Renovated plan by way of update | 03: Renovated plan by means of renewal | 04: Renovated plan by way of repair)
Scale: Original scale of the plan
