Establishment for the production of economic activity, located within an economic site

Description

Open data to inventory and characterize AEZs and other economic sites. All establishments producing economic activity located within an economic site and identified in the directory of establishments (SIRET). Geometry is derived from INSEE’s SIRENE geolocated database, whose position accuracy is currently higher than the Etalab version. Glossary (source: Standard Economic Sites. Open data structure to characterise AEZs and other economic sites: https://cnig.gouv.fr/IMG/pdf/231028_standard_cnig_sites_economiques_v2023-10.pdf) **Economic activity area**: Zones of economic activity (ZAE) are defined in Article L318-8-1 of the Urban Planning Code. ‘Areas of industrial, commercial, tertiary, craft, tourist, port or airport activity referred to in Articles L. 3641-1, L. 5214-16, L. 5215-20, L. 5216-5, L. 5217-2 and L. 5219-1 of the General Code of Local Authorities shall be considered as areas of economic activity within the meaning of this Section.’ It brings together public authorities, local authorities and businesses in a partnership approach around growth objectives. It is generally placed under the legal regime of planning permission or a concerted development zone (CZ). The ZAE presents itself as a coherent space in terms of development and urban fabric, geographically delimited, and intended to accommodate the activities referred to in Article L318-8-1. It includes: built-up and unbuilt land occupied by activities; undeveloped land, developed or undeveloped land intended to host such activities in the short, medium or long term; internal roads, green spaces and technical surfaces necessary for its operation. Since the NOTRe Act, the EPCI has been responsible for EEZs. There are just over 30,000 EEZs covering about 500,000 ha of the national territory. **Economic website**: In addition to the AEAs, this broader set also includes: - "historical" economic sites bringing together several establishments present in urban areas with an economic vocation (Ue, etc.) and which have not been the subject of a transfer of competence to the EPCI; - isolated (or single-function) establishments with the same characteristics but with a single establishment (example: the abandoned site of Saint-Gobain in Thourotte); - land reserves also present in urban areas with an economic vocation and corresponding to the projects of zones of economic activity or their future extensions. **Following the text of the fields**: SIRET: SIRET code of the establishment SIREN: SIREN code of the company site_id: Business Site Identifier source_producer: identification of the producer of the data. Examples: Region Occitanie; DDT of the Ardennes;Urban Planning Agency of ..., etc. terr_id: identification of land for economic use etab_address: main address of the establishment social_reason: company name (legal name) of the company etab_nat_juridique: code of the legal category of the company by referring to the 3rd level of the nomenclature of legal categories of INSEE etab_name: usual name or abbreviation of the establishment etab_siege: quality of the establishment’s seat (yes/no) etab_creation_date: date of establishment. Example: 2015-06-04 etab_identif_date: date of identification of the establishment. Example: 2016-03-26 etab_actu_date: date of last update of the information. Example: 2023-04-30 etab_active: establishment in operation (yes/no) etab_closure_date: date or year of closure of the establishment.
