Perimeter of the priority neighbourhoods of the city policy (QPV) of Troyes Champagne Métropole

Article 5 of the Planning Law for the City and Urban Cohesion of 21 February 2014 lays down the procedures for reforming the priority geography of city policy. These perimeters replace sensitive urban areas (Zus) and neighbourhoods under an urban contract for social cohesion (Cucs) as of 1 January 2015. The first generation of priority districts in force from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2023 was defined by Decree No. 2014-1750 of December 30, 2014 for the metropolis and by Decree No. 2014-1751 of December 30, 2014 for the overseas departments, in Saint-Martin and French Polynesia. To adapt to the evolution of the territories, an update of the priority geography was carried out in the spirit of the programming law for the city and urban cohesion of 2014. A new generation of priority neighbourhoods enters into force on 1 January 2024 for metropolitan France by Decree No 2023-1314 of 28 December 2023. For the overseas departments, Saint-Martin and French Polynesia, the 2015 quarters remain in force until 31 December 2024 and will be updated by 1 January 2025.
