This dataset contains the cadastral boundaries of the municipalities of Troyes Champagne Métropole. **Following the text of the fields**: INSEE_COM: This is the official number assigned by INSEE to the municipality: it is composed of 5 digits, the first two corresponding to the Department number INSEE_ARR: INSEE code of the district to which this municipality belongs INSEE_COL: INSEE code of the Territorial Collectivity (at the level between the Commune and the Region) INSEE_DEP: INSEE code of the Department INSEE_REG: INSEE code of the Region POPULATION: Population without double counting SURFACE_HA: Cadastral area in hectares of the municipality as given by INSEE DATE_CREAT: Date of creation DATE_MAJ: Date of amendment DATE_APP: Date of appearance DATE_CONF: Confirmation date POST_CODE: Postal code used for the Municipal Borough NAME: This field contains the full toponym (with article if there is one) of the Municipality CL_ARROND: Indicates whether the commune is the capital of the Arrondissement or not CL_COLLTER: Indicates whether the commune is the capital of a territorial collectivity or not CL_DEPART: Indicates whether the commune is the capital of a department or not CL_REGION: Indicates whether the commune is the capital of a region or not CAPITAL: Indicates whether the municipality is the state capital or not DATE_RCT: Census date corresponding to the population figure entered in the 'Population' field RECENSOR: Official body providing data on the population of the French administrative units. SIREN_EPCI: SIREN code of the EPCIs with their own taxation to which the municipality belongs. ID_CH_LIEU: Link to the identifier of the residential area of the capital to which the municipality belongs.
