Description
Local Address Bases are the priority addresses of the National Address Base. Validated by the municipality, the addresses of a Local Address Base appear in the National Address Base explorer as ‘certified by the municipality’ or ‘under certification by the municipality’.
**Following the text of the fields**:
**id**: Interoperability key as defined in the exchange format specification BAL 1.3. When no FANTOIR code is known, a transient code composed of 6 alpha-numeric characters is generated.
**id_fantoir**: Path FANTOIR identifier, if applicable. The identifier is prefixed by the municipality of attachment FANTOIR (current or old municipality)
**numero**: Address number in lane
**rep**: Repeat index associated with the number (e.g. bis, a...)
**voice_name**: Track name in accented lower case
**postal_code**: Postal code of the track distribution office
**insee_code**: INSEE code of the current municipality based on the Official Geographic Code in force
**municipal_name**: Official name of the current municipality
**code_insee_ancien_commune**: INSEE code of the former municipality where the address is located
**old_municipal_name**: Name of the former municipality where the address is located
**x**: Map coordinates in legal projection
**y**: Map coordinates in legal projection
**lon**: Longitude in WGS-84
**lat**: Latitude in WGS-84
**type_position**: Position type as defined in the exchange format specification BAL 1.3. Maybe empty if unknown or uninformed.
**alias**: Empty
**name_ld**: Name of the place-name of attachment (or other type of toponym)
**free_routing**: Name of the routing municipality
**Name_afnor**: Name of the route standardized according to the postal standard
**source_position**: Source of geographical position. Possible values: (commune, cadastre, arcep, laposte, insee, sdis, unknown)
**source_voice_name**: Source of the name of the track. Possible values: (commune, cadastre, arcep, laposte, insee, sdis, unknown)
**certification_commune**: Indicates whether the address has been certified by the municipality. Possible values: (1 for yes, 0 for no)
**cad_parcels**: Lists the identifiers of the cadastral parcels to which the address is attached, if the information is known. 14-character identifier encoding. Separator |. Data being made reliable
**Information**: **the dataset is available in three formats (*.xlsx, *.csv and *.gpkg). The number of registrations is of the order of: 60722**
