Markets notified by the Community of Municipalities of the Pays de Chantonnay via the buyer profile: Secure Markets This dataset contains all the essential data of public procurement in accordance with Article R2196-1 of the Public Procurement Code. This is information relating to public contracts awarded by our entity, including key information such as the names of the holders, contract amounts, dates of signature, duration of contracts, as well as the main services. We use this data to: - Ensure transparency vis-à-vis citizens and stakeholders by making public information on public procurement. - Facilitate internal monitoring of contractual performance and expenditure analysis. - Identify opportunities for improvement in our purchasing processes. This dataset is used for: - Produce annual summary reports on public procurement. - Assist in decision-making for future markets by analyzing past performance. - Respond to enquiries from citizens, journalists, and other public procurement stakeholders.
