Description
This consultation concerns:
The design, organisation and production of concert-type shows in two lots during the summer of 2024.
The city of Brignoles wishes to organise two concerts – one on a firm slice and one on an optional slice – as follows:
Lot No 01 ‘Concert in firm tranche’. The budget allocated is within a range of 60 000.00 € TTC minimum to 90 000 € TTC
Lot No 02 ‘Optional slice concert’. The budget allocated is in the range of 15 000.00 € TTC minimum to 50 000 € TTC maximum.
Candidates may propose one or more dates of their choice for each lot.
Concert schedules: 10 p.m. or 10.30 p.m. – Minimum period: 90 minutes.
The holder of each lot on the market must ensure the production of a concert of varieties (in one or two parts with or without animation). The main artist selected must be a current French or international headliner.
If the concert is in two parts, the contractor must specify whether the first part is live or not (Timetables: 21:00 or 21:30). The second part will necessarily be live. The services requested are ‘Key in hand’, the service provider must provide all the supplies (sound, light, etc.) for the performance of the concerts.

The show will take place in the Suau Garden – Cours Liberté. Gauges: two possible configurations: (Amount of approximately 1300 seats and PRM seats or 3000 standing and PRM seats).)
