Work to secure a building located on rue Barbaroux in Brignoles
Description
This involves the security of a building located at 16-18 rue Barbaroux in Brignoles.
The municipality, wishing to guarantee security on the public domain, replaces a defaulting owner to carry out works whose description appears in the presentation note serving as a Special Technical Specifications (STC)
That building, which housed a shop on the ground floor and housing on the three upper levels, was the subject of significant structural disturbances and, failing to carry out the appropriate works, the condition of the building deteriorated until it was classified at risk with the evacuation of persons and closure of activities.
Despite multiple injunctions to the owner to carry out works, which remained ineffective, the city was granted the right to intervene for safety.
The services are included in the Breakdown of the Global and Fixed Price (D.P.G.F.).
The project management is carried out by the City’s Directorate for Studies, Works and Major Projects and by S.E.T.B. INGENIERIE BTP located at ZAC de la Poulasse – Avenue de Lion – 83210 SOLLIES-PONT
