Public contracts for works, supplies and services worth more than €20,000 excluding VAT awarded by the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region from 2005 to 2016, according to Article 133 of the Public Procurement Code. Since 2017, this article has been replaced by Article 107 of Decree No 2017-516 of 10 April 2017 laying down various provisions on public procurement, including an increase in the opening threshold to €25,000 excluding VAT: Public purchasers must make available by 1 October 2018 free, direct and full access to essential procurement data meeting a need, with the exception of information the disclosure of which would be contrary to public policy. **Period 2005 to 2016:** Contents of the file downloadable (. ZIP): one spreadsheet per year in .XLS and .ODS format from 2005 to 2016. Contracts for works, supplies and services shall be grouped according to their value in the following tranches: Contracts for an amount equal to or greater than €20,000 excluding VAT and less than €90,000 excluding VAT; \- 2° Contracts the amount of which is equal to or greater than €90 000 excluding VAT and less than the formalised procedure thresholds referred to in Article 26(II) of the Public Procurement Code, mentioning the name of the successful tenderer and his postal code \- 3° Contracts the amount of which is equal to or greater than the formalised procedure thresholds referred to in Article 26(II) of the Public Procurement Code. **Period from 2017:** A file in .XLS and/or .CSV format.
