Administrative acts of the Regional Council Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur

Description

The development of the rules applicable to the publication of acts of local authorities is intended to ensure that the public is informed and that acts are preserved. Prior to publication of the documents, they were displayed and, above all, entered in a register of administrative acts (RAA). Henceforth the dematerialization becomes the mode of publicity of common law of these acts. The documents and acts concerned by the evolution of the rules applicable to publicity, entry into force and preservation are the Minutes, the Deliberations, the Executive Orders.
