Description

A previous contract was launched for the same services for a period of one year, renewable twice. This consultation ended before its end; the maximum annual amount of orders having been reached. The market should therefore be relaunched. This contract aims to establish the rules relating to the order forms that will be issued for the realization of the services of surveyor necessary for the land service of the city for different operations such as delimitation, boundary marking, division of plots, picketing etc ... It is a single-award framework agreement concluded in the form of a public service contract with no minimum amount and with a maximum order amount, awarded under the provisions of Articles L2123-1, R2123-1 to R2123-7, R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code of the Public Procurement Code. That framework agreement shall be concluded for 30 months from the date of its notification. The maximum amount of the framework agreement for the 30 months is set at €50 000 excl. tax The city passed in 2023, a topography and geodetection market in 2 lots over 3 years. The maximum number of services for all these contracts (survey and topography/geodetection services in two lots) will not exceed the threshold for the award of contracts under the adapted procedure, i.e. EUR 221 000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the two contracts.
