The scope of the service request EMSN-022 is to generate: (1) A post-disaster assessment, referring to the flood on July 31st, August 1st and 2nd, 2014 in Mizia town (Vratsa region), (2) A plan for recovery, reconstruction and rehabilitation measures, (3) Flood risk analysis, asset and population vulnerability assessment of the AOI, (4) Mitigation measures plans for disaster preparedness and response mechanisms, (5) Recovery, reconstruction and rehabilitation monitoring
