Description
Contours made from the following datasets:
- List of polling stations associated with their legislative constituency (dataset produced under my responsibility, derived from data from the Ministry of the Interior)
- Proposal for contours of polling stations (data.gouv.fr, derived from INSEE data)
Methodology: aggregation of the contours of the polling stations composing a constituency, then geographical cleaning and simplification thanks to the free tool Mapshaper.
Formats: SHP and GeoJSON (two versions: p20 simplified and p10 very simplified)
NB: INSEE proposes a [simplified file] (https://www.insee.fr/en/statistics/6441661?summary=6436478) which has the merit of being official, if not precise.
