MAPA 02/2024. Provision of musical / non-musical sound documents and DVD for the media library in 2 lots for 3 years.
Description
It is a single-award framework agreement concluded in the form of a public supply contract with order forms without a minimum amount and with a maximum order amount per lot, without reopening competition when the order forms are awarded and awarded under the provisions of Articles R.2123-1, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
The supplies are divided into two lots awarded by separate contracts, according to the following breakdown:
Lot 1: Musical and non-musical sound documents
Maximum annual order amount:7 500 € H.T.
Lot 2: ‘DVD documents’ – Maximum annual order amount:€5,000 excl. tax
Maximum annual order amount for all lots:12 500 € H.T.
Maximum amount over 3 years for all lots:37 500 € H.T.
Place of delivery of the supplies: Médiathèque Jacques Cestor – Place du Général De Gaulle in Brignoles.
Candidates were allowed to respond to one or more lots.
